Production

Himmermann produces technically sophisticated plastic injection-moulded parts and assemblies. Various manufacturing processes such as multi-component manufacturing of plastic-metal joints as well as plastic welding processes are part of the production process.

Currently Himmermann produces on 60 injection molding machines with clamping forces of 25 to 500 tons. In addition to injection moulding, Himmermann operates complex assembly and testing facilities.

Required product modifications, maintenance and repairs are carried out by the tool shop which is connected to production. Approximately 20 employees ensure that necessary design modifications rqeuested by customers are implemented quickly and permanent availability of the tools is guaranteed.
