Production of Plastics, Metal and Rubber

Himmermann produces a wide range of qualitatively superior plastics injection moulded components which also includes the compound  of plastic components by ultrasonic or vibration welding. Additionally, plastics-metal injection moulding and plastics-rubber compounds are two of our core competences.

Machinery
For the most part, our products are manufactured with Arburg and Demag injection moulding machines of 25 – 500 tons clamping force.

Assembly Line

In a separate assembly hangar, our components (plug components, thermostats, shifter, etc.) are assembled on specially designed facilities. The conception of these facilities is another core competence of ours.
